Recorefit helps everyday athletes move well, recover sensibly, and make better-informed training decisions.
The site was founded by Brian Kamp, a CrossFit coach and active athlete based in Norway. Recorefit grew from a practical problem: recovery advice online is often either oversimplified, aggressively marketed, or presented with more certainty than the evidence allows.
What You Will Find Here
- Step-by-step mobility and warm-up routines
- Practical recovery guidance for strength and home training
- Clear explanations of stretching, soreness, load management, and recovery tools
- Balanced equipment guides that separate useful features from marketing claims
How We Create Content
Each article starts with a specific reader question. We compare the advice with peer-reviewed research, systematic reviews, and guidance from recognized health or sports organizations where suitable. Sources are linked inside the article so readers can check them.
Exercise science rarely supports absolute promises. We therefore distinguish between outcomes such as short-term soreness relief, range of motion, performance, and injury treatment. When evidence is limited or mixed, we say so.
Experience Is Not Medical Care
Brian’s coaching and training experience helps make the guides practical, but Recorefit does not diagnose injuries or replace medical care. New, severe, worsening, or persistent pain should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional.
Corrections and Independence
If we find an error, we correct the article and update its review date. Commercial relationships and affiliate links will be disclosed clearly on the relevant page. Recommendations are not purchased, and compensation does not change our conclusions.
